It features an embroidered depiction of a mother holding a newborn baby dressed in yellow. This is embroidered onto the book pocket which is big enough to slot in a book of almost any size. The cushion itself is a grey and white fabric to the front and yellow to rear.

It comes complete with a good quality polyester cushion inner which can easily be removed.
